What areas do you service?
We are based in West Hills but we love to travel! We travel anywhere from Santa Barbara to San Bernardino and everywhere in between. Mileage charges incur after 15 miles from our prep location in West Hills. Call us for further details or to get a mileage estimate.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, we understand that emergencies may occur. Inform us of the change as soon as possible and we will reschedule you with our closest available date. If you must cancel your event, you must give us notice no later than one week prior to your scheduled party date.
What is your booking policy?
Our booking process is quick and easy! Once we have collected all of the information regarding your party or event we will inform you, via e-mail, that your date is reserved. This e-mail serves as a contract guaranteeing your princess will arrive at the date and time specified. The full payment, cash or check, will be collected by the performer on the day of your party or event. Please help preserve the magic by being discreet with payment! We recommend placing your cash or check in a sealed envelope with the princess's name on it.
Do I need to provide supplies for the Princess?
Our princesses arrive with their supplies in hand and ready to play! The princess may ask for a cup of water and napkins to use during face painting. Though is it not required, we ask that you provide a quiet place to sit for storytelling.
Can you attend parties at locations other than my home?
Yes! We will gladly perform at parks, community centers, play rooms, etc. Please note the weather conditions on the day of your event. Our performers will be wearing heavy costumes and wigs, and performing in temperatures of over 85 degrees can be dangerous. We require a shaded area to play if the event is being held outdoors and request that indoor spaces are ventilated or air conditioned.
What ages do you entertain?
We typically entertain children between the ages of 2-9 but we are glad to entertain birthday girls and boys of any age. Princess parties are for the young and the young at heart!
Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer discounts. However, if you are hosting your party during the week you will receive our weekday discount. You can also meet us at one of our many public events (scheduling can be found on Facebook) for free!
What if there will be boys at my party? Can I book a princess for my son?
After nearly 10 years of parties, we have found that princes and knights love our parties just as much as the little princesses! Each of our party packages are full of activities that can be tailored by our performers so that all children can feel included.

Can I customize the activities?
While each of our party packages have been carefully tailored to keep children entertained and engaged, we always do our best to accommodate client requests. Let us know what activities you were interested in and we would be glad to work with you!
How far in advance should I book my party?
Booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance is recommended, since our weekends do fill up quickly. We will accommodate last minute requests, if possible. Contact us and we will do our best to pencil you in!
