What areas do you service?
We travel anywhere from Santa Barbara to San Bernardino and everywhere in between. Mileage charges incur after 20 miles from our prep location. Call us for further details or a mileage estimate.
How do I book a party?
Our booking process is quick and easy! Give us a call or fill out the form on our contact us page to get started. Once we have collected your party information (date, time, location, etc...), a contract will be sent to you. Upon signing and returning your contract your party is secure. No deposit is required. Full payment, cash or check, will be collected by the performer on the day of your party or event.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, we understand that emergencies may occur. Inform us of the change as soon as possible and we will reschedule you with our closest available date. If you must cancel your event, you must give us notice no later than one week prior to your scheduled party date.
Which party package is best for me?
After over 14 years performing for children, we have curated each of our party packages to ensure they will enjoy a range of activities at each of our events. We’ve found the number of children we can accommodate within a time frame is essential in providing the best experience. Please make note of the maximum number of children invited (including “older” children and siblings), if your group is smaller than expected your performer will be able to fill the time by extending activities, and providing additional magical moments, while parties larger than the recommended may result in shortened or skipped activities.

Do I need to provide supplies for the Princess?
Our princesses will arrive with just about everything they need to entertain! You will only need to provide the following:
A quiet place, free from distractions, for storytelling and magic. A chair for the princess and a blanket for the children is recommended.
For parties that include face painting, you will be asked to provide a cup of water and paper towels to clean brushes.
What ages do you entertain?
Our parties are best suited for children ages 3-10 years old but there is no age limit to experience the magic! Our princesses make great additions to weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, festivals and anything in between.
Do you have business insurance?
Yes! We are fully insured.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to families in need (proof of government assistance required).
What if there will be boys at my party?
Our parties are enjoyable for children of any gender. Each of our party activities can be tailored so that all children can feel included.
Can I customize the activities?
While each of our party packages have been carefully tailored to keep children entertained and engaged, we always do our best to accommodate client requests. Let us know what activities you were interested in and we would be glad to work with you!
How far in advance should I book my party?
Booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance is recommended but not required. Last-minute bookings (within 7 days of requested party date) will incur a late fee.
